• Focus mainly in retail, office and industrial buildings.
Residential Strategy
• To invest in a property portfolio of affordable rental housing and student accommodation.
• To invest in projects that cater for the gap market.
• To invest in properties that are well located not far from transport nodes, schools, etc.
Student Accommodation Strategy
Student accommodation projects should be located as prescribed by:
• Teaching Institution accommodation guidelines.
• Student accommodation projects should comply with the requirements as per the report on the Minister
• Committee for the review of the provision of student housing in South African Universities.
Complex building types
• New developments maximum of four floors.
• Acquisition of existing complexes.
• Medium high-rise buildings will be considered.
