Nthabiseng Ramoipane began her career as an article clerk at KPMG Johannesburg office. She qualified as a CA (SA) in 2007. She was then promoted to be an audit manager within the firm. During her audit career she was exposed to the following industries within South Africa telecommunications, public sector, consumer products, manufacturing and etc.
She joined Dijalo Property Services (Pty) Ltd in 2012 as a Group Financial Manager. She was promoted to a Group Financial Director position in 2014. As a Group Financial Director, she was responsible for financial administration and compliance of the Dijalo Group of companies.

Saul Gumede started his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, in 1982. In 1985, he joined Old Mutual Properties and held the position of Property Accountant and five years later promoted to Regional Financial Manager.

Moved to Sefalana Employee Benefits Organisation (SEBO) in 1990 and took up the position of Assistant General Manager-Property, one of his major achievements was sourcing and implementation of a MENTOR Property Management System and the conversion of the property portfolio into unit trust structure. During his tenure, the Portfolio grew from R350 – R900 million. He was also a member of the SEBO’s Investment Committee.

His returned to Old Mutual Properties in 1994 as Regional Investment Manager responsible for acquisitions of both income producing and development properties including disposals. Promoted to Regional Property Manager responsible for the Johannesburg Property Portfolio of R3.2 billion, 308 properties, 1 555 tenants occupying 1 860 000m2

This vast wealth of experience and knowledge gained was over 20 years in the property industry led to the birth and establishment of Dipula Property Fund in 2005 which was listed on the JSE as Dipula Income Fund in 2011
