EMA Real Estate Fund (Pty) Ltd was founded by Saul Gumede, Nthabiseng Ramoipane, Peter Gray and Nandi Malindi in 2018 with the objective of pursuing property investment opportunities. EMA is a Sotho word meaning “stand” and to the company it means “stand and be bold”. Saul Gumede is one of the founders of Dijalo Property Group and JSE listed Dipula Income Fund. The Management team is made up of experienced Dijalo staff. An operational service level agreement will be signed with Dijalo Asset Management (Pty) to provide the following services: • Property asset management services • Property facilities management services • Property management services
